UWC Atlantic is the founding College of the UWC global education movement. Its home is the beautiful 12th Century St Donat’s Castle in South Wales, where students from over 90 countries come for two years to live and work together in a dynamic learning landscape.

With in-depth knowledge of proactive and reactive media relations techniques, combined with extensive knowledge in communications and marketing strategies and tactics,  you will set and guide delivery in support of the College strategy for all communications and engagement with stakeholders, internal and external, ensuring quality, consistency of themes and relevance of content.

You will create and execute an integrated communications, marketing and engagement plan ensuring that the UWC brand, brand values, and key messages are clearly and consistently communicated through the College’s website, annual reports, social media platforms, print, and other media, including fundraising communications.

Your excellent interpersonal skills mean that you can quickly build and maintain credibility and ensure engagement with a wide range of audiences, including students, leadership team, colleagues, alumni, supporters and “thought leaders”.  In addition, you will be comfortable and confident in dealing with challenging and sometimes contentious issues.

Truly entrepreneurial, highly motivated and driven, you have the social and emotional intelligence to show sensitivity and good judgement when engaging with key stakeholders.

Your knowledge and appreciation of UWC Atlantic and the UWC movement ideals and ethos mean that you are able to successfully articulate these to a wide range of audiences.
